All funds are collected, credited, and disbursed through GLIMB from fundraising partner (e.g. Kohls, Giant Eagle, etc.), into the GLIMB Orchestra Trip Account, to directly pay travel agency for trip. If a student moves out of the district, or quits the program his/her entire trip account will be transferred into the ‘Hardship Fund’ connected to orchestra trips. No student is able to “cash out” any credit from their account at any time. Fundraising credits can be transferred easily to siblings, with director approval.
